World ENERGY globe award

In 2008 Frank J. Levy and his partner Sergio Dell’Orco were honored with the World ENERGY GLOBE Award for new technology to help save energy and the environment. PCC® was selected out of 853 projects from 109 countries. The Award was presented at the European Parliament in Brussels.

sustainable innovation award

In October, 2010 Dell’Orco & Villani won a Sustainable Innovation Award as part of the Campaign for Wool convened by HRH The Prince of Wales. Sergio Dell’Orco received the award for creating technology and manufacturing machinery that recycled Starbuck’s used jute then blended it with New Zealand wool. World Technology Summit Award

In December 2010 PCC® was named a nominee for new technology to save energy. The award was given in the individual category by the World Technology Summit & Awards in conjunction with Time, Fortune, and CNN in New York City.
